At Alfie's Mission, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
